How can the sun shine
When I only see clouds?
How can I trust
When all there are, are lies?
How can I heal
When I am sore?
How can I live
When I see death?
How can I love someone
When there's no one?
How can I live for today
When I see yesterdays?
Old memories linger
New ones are unsure
